This 110-year-old finca has been thoughtfully transformed with locally sourced stone, hand-applied mortar, and reclaimed materials, creating an elegant retreat that has been featured in several leading international publications.

The 60,000-square-meter estate offers sweeping mountain views and lush gardens, where guests can enjoy the simple pleasure of handpicking sun-ripened oranges, lemons, and other fresh fruits.

With sustainability at its core, Casa Mana operates primarily on solar power, supported by battery storage. A regular electricity connection remains in place, ensuring effortless comfort without compromise.

The finca

The spacious 300m2 estate spans two floors, where history and modernity blend seamlessly. The ground floor boasts a grand entrance hall, a magnificent horse stable room with original stone floors and walls, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and access to an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and saltwater pool.

The first level features a very large master ensuite with a unique freestanding wooden bath and superb views over the garden and mountains. Two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom. On the ground floor, a double ensuite overlooks the garden. Casa Mana is air-conditioned and equipped with modern conveniences, including filtered drinking water from its own well.
